DORCAS GRANADA- CAPUNONG

Virtual Professional | Healthcare, Executive & Creative Content Support

Healthcare has always been more than just a career path for me — it has been a calling rooted in service.

My journey began in maternal wellness and midwifery training, where I had the privilege of supporting mothers and newborns during some of the most meaningful moments of their lives. That early experience shaped my deep respect for patient care, attention to detail, and the importance of compassionate communication.

Over the past five years, I’ve worked remotely with U.S.-based psychiatric and specialty clinics as a Practice Manager, Clinic Administrator, and Medical Data Entry Specialist. I’ve supported providers behind the scenes — managing patient intake, prior authorizations to get insurance approval for prescriptions, EMR documentation, scheduling, billing coordination, and daily clinic operations. I understand how demanding healthcare environments can be, and I take pride in creating systems that make life easier for both providers and patients.

Alongside administrative work, I discovered a passion for healthcare content and blog writing and I’ve helped practices improve their online presence through patient-focused educational content. I believe that clear, accessible health information empowers patients and strengthens the credibility of medical practices.

Before fully transitioning into healthcare operations, I spent over 13 years in customer service roles supporting international companies. Those years strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, resolve concerns with empathy, and build trust across cultures. I also worked as an Executive Assistant, where I developed strong organizational discipline, executive-level communication skills, and operational efficiency.

Today, I combine clinical understanding, operational expertise, and strategic communication to help healthcare practices run smoothly and grow confidently. My goal is simple: to be the reliable partner behind the scenes so providers can focus on what matters most — delivering excellent patient care.

You are certainly one of them."
